Shipping policy

Every order ships free, fully insured, and requires a signature on delivery. There is no minimum and no threshold to hit.

Where we ship

The United States only. If you're outside the US and there's a piece you want, get in touch and we'll tell you what's possible before you order.

Insured, and signed for

Every parcel is insured for its full value from the moment it leaves Houston until someone signs for it. We don't ship without a signature, and we can't authorize a parcel to be left at a door — not for any order, and not by request. Until it's signed for, it's our problem. After it's signed for, it isn't.

When it goes out

In-stock pieces ship the same business day if the order reaches us before the afternoon pickup, and the next business day otherwise. If a piece needs sizing or any other work first, we'll tell you the timing before you buy. You'll get tracking by email as soon as the label is made.

If something goes wrong in transit

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or doesn't arrive, tell us and we'll handle the carrier and the insurance claim. That's ours to deal with, not yours.
