We build it on the desk, in front of you.

One tray is stones. The other is settings, bands and stackables. The book holds the rest of them. We sit your stone on top of a setting, put it next to a band, swap it for another one, and keep going until you’re looking at the ring instead of imagining it.

Nothing here is a computer drawing. You’re holding the actual pieces. And if what you want isn’t in the trays or the book, you can still have it — we’re not limited to what’s on the desk, it just takes longer.

Most custom work here is finished in a week, and the reason is boring: the stone is already in the building, and usually so is the setting. There’s nothing to order and nobody to wait on. It’s a matter of setting it and finishing it.

That week is the whole argument for buying from the people who manufacture, instead of a store that has to send away for it.

If you want something that doesn’t exist yet — a setting we’d have to make, or an unusual stone we’d have to go and find — plan on a few weeks. Under a month is normal. Two at the outside, and usually the stone is the reason.

We’ll tell you which of these two you’re in on the first visit, not after you’ve paid.

Heirloom stones, old settings, gold nobody in the family wears — a lot of what we make starts with something the customer already owns. We’ll go through it with you, in front of you, and tell you what’s worth reusing and what isn’t.

If it’s a stone you love in a setting you don’t, that’s a reset, and it’s usually finished inside a week as well.

Every time we swap a stone or a setting the number moves, and we say it out loud as it moves. Tell us the budget at the start and we’ll build inside it rather than talking you past it.

Once it’s agreed, it’s agreed. The price doesn’t change between the desk and the pickup.
