Do I have to use old jewelry?

No. Some pieces begin with history, others with imagination. Both are welcome.

Can I add new diamonds or gold?

Yes. Many designs blend existing materials with new elements.

Is this different from custom engagement rings?

Yes. Engagement rings are a dedicated experience. Heirloom Reimagined applies to all custom jewelry beyond bridal.

What happens to the original piece after redesign?

Every element is handled with intention. Materials that are preserved become part of your new design. If any components aren’t used, we discuss options with you — nothing is discarded or repurposed without your approval.

When appropriate, existing materials may be refined or evaluated toward your new custom piece. This allows you to preserve value while creating something entirely new.
